Free exchanges
Wrong size or changed your mind about the colour? Exchanges are always free. We send you a free return label, and your new item is shipped to you at no extra cost.
To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your package with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead. Exchanges depend on availability – if your new size or colour is sold out, we will refund you instead.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your package. During this period, you can return your order for a refund.
If you return the package after the return period has expired, we unfortunately cannot refund the money for your order and the package will be sent back to you.
For returns (refunds), a return label costs 69 DKK in return handling fees. Exchanges are free.
NOTE: The processing time for returns is up to 7 business days, and the money will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

You cannot return simply by refusing to accept the goods without also providing us with clear notice of this.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your purchase if you wish to cancel.

For returns (refunds), you are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods.
- Please include a paper with your order number written on it to avoid confusion regarding who returned the goods.
Please note! Returned and exchanged items must be in new and clean condition.
We refuse returns and exchanges of items that

Have an odor of perfume, food, smoke, sweat, etc.

are not clean, e.g. with make-up residue, hair & animal hair

are missing tags/labels

Have been damaged in any other way
